History behind the Muffin Shop
Justine, Émily and Laurie, founders of the Muffin Shop, all like cooking, baking and eating tasty food. They came to this idea because they thought that it would be a good idea to share their passion with the Beauce region.
Also, this type of business is less present in Beauce than in bigger cities, so it is a good opportunity to make the Beaucerons discover this type of shop.

Justine Gagné
Justine really has a sweet tooth. She often bakes dessert such as muffins, cakes, pies, cookies, etc. All her family loves her sweet treats.
Émily Giguère
Émily is our professional taster. She always likes to taste new food and to discover new recipes. She can easily review the taste of any kind of food and come up with improvements for our muffin recipes.
Laurie Gilbert
Laurie is an experienced cook: for several years, she has been cooking all the meals for her family. We can say that she really understands the chemistry behind the recipes.
